Trump administration rule would end tax exemption for colleges that keep DEI | AP News

The Treasury Department proposed the change Thursday in a new regulation that, if made final, would kick in after May 2027. The rule is broadly aimed at ending any policies or programs that help students because of their race, and it specifically says such benefits in admissions, scholarships and facilities “would be incompatible” with the rule.

I listen to a lot of podcasts, and when it’s just me working in the office, I can sit this little guy up beside me and listen to my podcast friends like they’re on the radio in the early 1950’s. It’s fun, it’s nostalgic, and it was relatively cheap (at time of purchase) at around $25.

It’s just delightful!

I had planned to spend the rest of my career serving my country at the CIA. This White House took my calling, but it will not take my pride, or tell me that I don’t belong, or that I must disappear. No one should have to go through this. I hear all the time “thank you for your service” when people talk about service members. Does that not apply to Julia? Or does your personal hate gene override everything else?
Even if I disagree with a lot of his public statements, I have a new respect for Pence given the contents of this article. I wish he had trumpeted the beliefs publically that he seems to have in private.

But please know this, and please take it to heart:
