You think? I love the conservative states who bitch and moan about how government needs to “stay out of our lives” are the same ones who pass shit like this. This is the definition of the nanny state they trip over themselves to belittle.

Also, short of installing some kind of technical mechanism in everyone’s home, how is this enforceable at all? (I should probably stop talking. Wouldn’t want to give them any ideas…)
