Speaking of the Man City fallout, Miguel (from the Libero podcast), says the following in this clip:

It just didn’t feel a proper match, which is the biggest problem. And a real problem the Premier League have right now.

So, here’s my question: What if City had lost 0-3 to Liverpool? Would that have classified it as a “proper match”? Is just because City won?
